I snagged Rivals 1 and 2 on the PSP forever ago and never really gave them the full time of day. Mostly because I wasn't really a fan of the 1v1 racing element which required a lot of memorization if I recall. It felt very much like playing the SA2 Battle multiplayer VS mode but without the other human player. But I could be misremembering, it was nearly 15 years ago! Maybe I should bust them out and have another go. But hey, any game where Eggman has a magic soul stealing camera has to be worth a play, right?Related content
