I wonder how the view will look once the site is cleared.... Ruined churches can be really beautiful and shots of the ruined cathedral will provide historical evidence once it is rebuilt...

Such a beautiful shot! It is a shame about the fire but I did notice in the news that many people were on their knees praying when it was happening. People returning to God is something that is badly needed in the world today.

Absolutely amazing cathedral, absolutely amazing photo - I've seen it twice and it made a great impression on me. It pain me to know that it was damaged in fire - I hope that it will be restored to it's former glory.
