This list is based only on the acts of the characters in the Family Guy episode "North North by Quahog" which is why the place of all the characters are different from the original list and many characters are missing since they did not appear in that episode.

Good:

1. Brian Griffin

He did a great job of babysitting Chris and Meg telling them not to fight and was even willing to change Stewie's diaper and when he learned that Chris was about to drink the drugs Jake Tucker gave him Brian ne he goes to talk to his father Tom Tucker.

2. Stewie Griffin

He helped Brian in educating Chris and Meg and he was also worried that he was too strict with Chris.

3. Lois Griffin

For most of the episode she acted as a voice of reason for Peter like telling him not to steal Mel Gibson's things.

Neutral:

4. Peter Griffin

He fails in neutral territory because he committed some bad acts during the episode like stealing Mel Gibson's things and reading a comic while he was driving with Lois in a car that could have killed both himself and his wife but he had good intentions with his wife for most of the episode since he decided to take his wife on a honeymoon to win her back and after Mel Gibson's aides kidnap and attempt to kill Lois Peter ran to save her life

5. Meg Griffin

Not a big role but she and Chris fought over the remote and when Brian told them to stop arguing they have listened to him.

6. Tom Tucker

It was fine for him that his son brought drugs to school but it was more due to him being an incompetent parent.

Bad to Evil:

7. Chris Griffin

He tried to touch Meg after picking his nose and was also about to do drugs when Jake gave him the drugs.

8. Jake Tucker

He made Chris try the drugs he stole from his father but ha can't rank lower considering that he's just a teenager he may not know that drugs are bad.

9. The Priests

After Peter stole a videotape of Mel Gibson they kidnapped Lois and then took her to Mel Gibson who would kill her.

10. Mel Gibson

After discovering that Peter has stolen his belongings he calls his aides to kidnap Lois and then kill her-
