The background with squares is interesting and with the color it has.
Pretty amusing to see the characters following suit with a darker set of colors and shade to match the background. It isn't that common to see.
There is outer lines and edges that are roughly colored. For example Amy's arms, her heel and hand etc. They could have been sharper and smoother.
You can see she has quite the heavy mascara around the eyes. But for some reason her right eye is bigger than the left one. It makes it look strange. Would be better if they were more about the same size.
The long bang she has between her eyes is nice. Although i dont get the meaning with the black lines sticking out from the left and right side of it. They cant be eyebrows, because those are just above her eyes. The eyebrows should have been made longer or simply removed. The mascara can work as a suitable substitute.
The design for her eye-globes really remind me of a cat. The big, long and pointy ears as well.
On the other hand, the ears sonic has looks similar to a dog's, somewhat.
I'm not sure if all that was intentional or not.
Something else to point out is the big contrast between Amy and Sonic.
Amy is drawn more like a human while Sonic is in his common hedgehog animal form. I guess it was planned out because it makes it more interesting to see rather than making them both like humans or pure hedgehogs.

I think what would make it more perfect if the cuff around his neck had the words game over printed on it would set the mood that sonic isn't getting away this time lol.
