In a world where humans and cartoons coexist, Moxxie and Millie quit spindlehorse studios because of how horrible their characters were written in Unhappy Campers, forcing the show to be cancelled, and then the studio was then shut down, cancelling Hazbin hotel as well, even after a year, the two became laughing stocks and were despised after what had happened, and now a movie was going to be made about their horrible blunder. Meanwhile Disney’s 100 year anniversary was coming soon, and Aladar from Disney’s dinosaur, and a few other Disney characters feel bad for Moxxie and Millie, and want to help them put, but what none of them know was that there was a shady group of characters who were toon-napping cartoons from the early days of animation, with characters ranging from roger rabbit to song of the south, and their plan was to kill off all hand drawn characters completely since cgi was the new normal for animation, and it’ll have to be up to Moxxie, Millie, Aladar, sisu and a host of other characters to stop their deeds, and prove that sometimes, the most hated, and unlikeliest of characters, can make big differences
