I mean most of the time they fight orks; who arenβt exactly sophisticated in term of biological or chemical warfare.
Even then you can just quickly wear it if you see somethingβs wrong.
Dust would be the only common problem but in this particular scene theres none

Now this just makes me think of the fighting for Verdun (and their rounded helmets and uniform at that angle certainly don't hurt the French theme). Incredible artwork!
