I was having a relaxing day with my sis and our best friend and her family, floating down the river on innertubes, soaking in the sun. And BAM! A bee and a wasp land on me! I thought I was going to throw up because I got so scared! Ugh! And I couldn't run away because I was in a float with everyone's cellphones so they wouldn't get wet. Luckily I didn't get stung. But still...*shivers* Ugh!

bees were the only bug I can allow near me. I was too spazed to try to kill em. Besides my grandpa told me that if you sit still they will go away. I got stuck in a mulberry tree when I was 7 cause a bee smelled the sweet berries...I didn't move thinking it would go away...3 more came crawling on me. It was so creepy I was trying to hold still and yell only when they weren't near my face. (grandpa told me that grandma got stung in the throat once cause it was in her soda. She's allergic and had to go to the hospital.)

I had a bad experience wit bees when I was a little girl, I was 5 or 6 I think and me and my lil bro, who was 2 or 3, where playing on our play set, well the slide was plastic and hollow and a nest of bees or hornets, which r like bees, had made their home in the slide. So we went down it train style, him in my lap, and when we hit the sand we heard an angry buzzing noise and we stepped back and looked at the slide, I had my lil bro behind me so that he was shielded. and all of a sudden a hell of a lot of bees came flying out at us! I screamed "run!" to my lil bro and I leaned over him while we ran shielding him, he ran sooooooo slow, and at the time I didn't think pick him up and run, so I was getting stung all over while trying to swat bees away from him. Mom heard us screaming and ran and opened the door wit a bottle of buggy repellent in her hand. We ran inside and she sprayed the suckers and slammed the door. My lil bro had a few stings, 3 I think, he was crying and mom was like oh u poor thing and applied that bee sting ointment that burned like hell, and then she saw me, blood trickling down my back, arms, legs, and face. I had been stung over 50 times! My mom was like oh my god! I was putting on a brave face so my lil bro wouldn't worry and cry more. My mom had to pull a lot of the stingers out and applied ointment, but I didn't cry, not even once. She called poison control and they said as long as there is no swelling or anything else, we'd be fine. Mom put bandages all over me and put three on my lil bro. After mom was gone into another room, my lil bro came to me all worried looking, cause he knew I got stung so much cause I was protecting him. He asked me a question, " Does it hurt sissy?" He called me sissy instead of sister. I smiled faintly at him and then seeing he wasn't reassured, I smiled real big, closed one eye, and gave him a big thumbs up(anime influenced look, lol) and said, " It doesn't hurt one lil bit bro!" He smiled real big and his eyes danced with happiness as he laughed that sweet innocent childβs laugh. He hugged me, his arms stretched out around my waist and said, " Youβre the best big sissy!" I smiled and hugged him back. So thatβs my bee incident story.
It's funny but, now I don't mind bees what so ever. They can sting me or not, I don't care.
