Why would anyone want to starve themselves to be skinny? I mean, I understand wanting to be thin, because I'm not thin and I want to be, but I like eating too. It gets painful when you stop eating. I think the most I've ever gone is a day without eating. That's it. I just like food too much.

Why is it that people confuss "diet" with starving oneself? Besides, going on a diet is never healthy. The average person needs at least 20,000 calories a day. If someone has trouble with eating, there is typically some deeper issue they need to work on.

Diets are crap. Why get any thinner when you're thin enough. I really feel sorry for those women (and sometimes men) that go on a diet becouse they feel they're fat, even though they're not.

Some of us need to diet constantly to avoid becoming less thin since we don't have the fortune of having fast metabolisms that allow us to eat whatever we want without gaining an ounce.

I know some people like that, people people people, just because you're on a diet means to quit eating it means to eat healthier, I eat alot of health foods and is as fit as I need to be and occasionally snack on junk food but I keep my normal weight.
