This is the base I use for my adopts. I cleaned it a bit an added a bunch of features. Everything is in separate layers ordered by folders so you can go crazy playing with it!

Price: 150 (note me if you prefer to pay via paypal)
When purchasing, you'll get: .psd and .sai file of the base, my Pain Tool SAI's pen settings.
Recommended programs to use it: Paint Tool SAI, Photoshop (I did not try it in other programs. They may work completely fine in most softwares that can open .psd)

The base includes:
2 sets of open eyes and 2 sets of closed eyes, each with optional eyelashes (you can even combine them to have even more eyes!).
7 different eyebrows.
10 different mouths.
3 different blushes.
If you need any help in how to use it, change the colors or whatever, comment here so I can give you a hand
