Details - Celty-san from DURARARA
Technical - The vectors were done with brushes and everything is basically hard light. The backround was a picture of japan's redlight district which I turned black and white then overlayed colour to get that effect of yellow sepia.
Author's Thoughts - I thought overall it looks pretty good. I couldn't turn down the chance to work with this render though at first I was totally confused on what to do. I feel bad using so much vector brushes but it just fits for durarara. The reason it may feel empty is because I though it'd look to busy with more brushes due to the city backround. Either way I'm quite happy it looks decent.
