oh my goodness she's prob one of my favorite villains! I couldn't come to hate her despite how psychotic she is!I'm still a bit iffy on the background...I honestly don't want to fill it with all ice since I feel like it's too much blue since her hair is so spread out :/ I played around with a white background as well but then it felt...so plain...oh well...we'll see what happens.
Any suggestions?
