Yet another character who I dreadfully neglect. -.- Even though I really love him D:Kandyl ver Weiss, the black dog of Nero Ragnarok.
So, apparently I'm in the mood to draw the villains of the Town of Nevermore, starting with Kandyl. And let's put it this way, out of all the villains, this guy was practically born rotten. His folks were nice people, but Kandyl...he's just a plain jackass. But I love his so much. Next will probably be the town's asshat beloved mayor, December Death Shallow.
