Description Clothing exchange! Melinda looks awesome in the kimono I think, and I'm not sure any clothing is more appropriate for Desh then the hoodie (my god he is SUCH an emo kid sometimes). The pants weren't really meant for Pax, but they fit his (longer) inseam so they're his. Melinda and Desh clearly aren't sure what to think about said pants.

Pax's and Desh's eyes still track. It gives the image that they are both staring at the viewer and asking "What was that guy thinking?"

...Cool.

Yeah, I love that about them but that always makes them kind of hard to photograph. They look where I don't need them looking.

And it's the least I could do for being about a year late XDDD

Not sure if you've seen it, but Jade has been parading around with the shiny blue shirt and black vest you made for quite a while XD

Awww! And don't worry about the lateness, the craftmanship was great!

And Jade looks nice in that shade of blue. *chuckle* I'm glad he likes the clothes.

Yeah, Pax is wearing a DZ body, which makes him look more adult then Mel and Desh in my opinion (he's taller too!). It has its ups and downs, the skintone matches pretty ok but the elbow joints flip backward pretty easy, and he leans back a bit when he stands.

yeah... i think i see my friend's DZ lean back lots too when he stands >_<

oo have you ever tried hotglue sueding your boys?

I've done it to my boys since a few weeks back, and now I can't really get used to non sueded dolls anymore XD

My dolls aren't sueded or wired, oddly. I haven't taken Mel apart since I got her (she came to me very snugly strung), Desh I've had to repeatedly take apart and restring more then once. Pax is still company strung.

What does that DO, anyway? I've seen references to it, and I'm still clueless as to what the heck it is. I mean I have a vague idea, but that's it.

awh, sueding just gives the joints a little more rough surface to rub on so that it's less prone to moving on it's own. Like Jade's arms are badly strung (by me >w> ) so the right one rarely wants to stay straight. After I sueded it, it stops bending when I straighten it out. It isn't as secured as wiring, which is like giving a skeleton to your doll.

I havent been able to find the right wire for wiring tho

Ohh. OK, I see.

I'd probably want to have assistance the first time I did something like that, but it's an idea. They pose ok with out it though (IMHO at least).

That's awesome then^^

I needed it cos jade's legs kept buckling under him >_< and as i said, his right arm was badly strung XD

just a note tho, if you wanna get a hot glue gun to try do it, get the LOW TEMPERATURE one. So far i see, they are the smaller kind.

I was lucky a friend helped me do it at first, then she gave me the glue gun cos she had one at home ;D
