going out of order on purpose, sorry for my bad grammer and long description.

This is for 's Zelda Contest!

You had to either redesign Zelda/Link for what will be
your own design for the future or for the next upcoming game.What I am aiming for is redesgning Link for the upcoming game.I wish i can redesign Zelda too but I ran out of time~

Okay for part 2 of the contest we need to interpret why I
chose this design for Link. So baware, after this there will
be a long page~ >.< lawl. ok so here it goes~

First of all I didn't want a dramatic change for Link; if I
changed him too much then we may not recognize him.+_+
Now here are my reasons for my design: I made Link a bit older here so his facial features are more mature. I gave him a longer chin, gave him sharp-clear blue eyes giving him fast reflexes, his hair is orange-brown like in TP but his bangs is shifted the opposite way, longer in the middle, and is more spiky. As you can see there is a scarf like cloth around his shoulders as it comes with a medallion. The medallion has a triforce with symbols: earth, wind and fire. This shows that Link is a true Hylian and the carrier of the Triforce of Courage. I was about to make him a long cloak but I had a second thought that it will give Link a disadvantage during battle. Like in TP, Link has armor inside his tunic but I put it as silver instead and I call it "Dragon Scales" because it is very light and strong. (giving Link more stamina) His belts are slightly different, I made it intersect so that the two belts can be used to carry his bag on his back also to even to carry his sword and shield.(Shield can held over the bag/you will see in part 2 picture) You can see 2 pins on his right belt,
symbolizing earth and wind.( possibly acheived from
successful missions or rewards.) His boots are in innovative style, connecting to a metal automail to support his knees and feet.(Don't think that Link has broken limbs lol) XDDDD~ Just in case Link falls there is lesser impact. It may look stilted but it actually is flexible and weightless so it won't slow Link down. Not only can it protect his knees, it also boost Link's jumps when he levels his boots! (I'll talk
about leveling soon~) As for the Master Sword and Hylian
Shield, I gave them a new patterns. Attached to the Master Sword is a chain with a metal weight that weighs about 5-8 lbs used to help balance Link and his sword. Thus this chain can extend longer if desired by the wielder.(the chain can be removable) Okay back to what I was saying about the leveling up part, I believe in the next upcoming game they should stick with the same concept for upgradable items such as bigger wallets, bigger bomb bags etc...but to make it more interesting, I THINK it would be cool to alter or fuse raw items into better weapons.
There should be a variety of weapons but Of course not all
weapons are perfect, they can have downfalls too. >.< Furthermore His gloves have a light golden color. Last but not least i like the idea that he had in TP a protector over his left glove so i only change it to be silver for more strength (one of the upgradable items). ^____^
NOTE: I gave my new Link his older belt from OOT so I kind of mixed old and futuristic designs for fun. lol. oh and by the way, in part one i was about to add his sheath for the sword but you will find it in part 2 anyways. just pointing out~ Links eyes are suppose to stand out~ its like he can see right through you
NOTE FOR PIC PART 2: I gave Link a ponytail because I believe his ponytail keeps his hat in place! LOL! when i cosplayed as him, it kinda works xDD!Plus i like him like that, like in the OOT manga. ahhh hooot~ @W@ <3 <3 <3 and yes i made Link naked >.<

(part 1 took 15 hours and part 2 10 hours)
I gave Link a lot of symbolism to make him look more noble as a warrior or like a prince @W@ hehehe. I know this contest is not all about skills but more of your own style. In this project, I tried something new with my coloring, I hoped i did that well. Well I hope you guys like~ I'm glad I
participated in this contest! GOODLUCK TO EVERYONE! ^__^ BYE!
