A friend of mine is an Oogie fan-girl and dared me to draw him as a human -- and to make him sexy. I think I got it.

Oogie was voiced by a black guy named Ken Page, so I figured that if Oogie were human, his skin would be black.

Not so much straight-out "evil black guy" really, more the classic "mysterious swarthy gentleman", is the impression I get.

Eh, kinda neutral, really. The color of the skin doesn't really look like he's "black", to me, but lighter, more Indian or Arab or Mediterranean. Then again, that might be a lighting artifact from the scanner or something.
