Well I did compete, but I didn't have a Pokemon partner, so they had a sign up section open for people who didn't have Pokemon or Pokemon that didnt have trainers. I got paired up with a Shiny Zoroark, because my friend, who cosplayed Yamask last year and won us the battle, wasnt cosplaying Pokemon this year.

We lost because the judge said Zoroark didn't react to the other Pokemon's attacks. I think we faced a Mudkip...?

I don't remember. But I went for 2 days. I usually don't go to the third.
