Description
The costume I entered in the Madman National Cosplay Competition round at AVCon 2010.I came second, and got a Wild Card entry to the finals in Brisbane in November!
Gloves, belt, bag, shoes and straps from genuine leather.
Sword from ply and rubber.
Pauldron and details from Super Sculpey.
Necklace was a phone tag which I attached to a chain with thread.

The costume cost me a good $500, but if you add the mistakes I made it is probably heading up somewhere near $700!

The clasps were a find a local saddlery place in Adelaide, South Australia unfortunately! However, I did see some similar on eBay that were brass. Was considering getting those and having them electroplated in nickel. Maybe an option? Sorry I couldn't help more!
