You don't see an anthro which attracts attention every day (it's just me, I don't like anthros)
good job

Don't think its been mentioned, but I recall something about Rakshasa having their thumbs on the bottom of their hands, or their hands being backwards in some other way.
Its still an amazing image.

Raksha are better understood as violent and destructive shapeshifting beings of Hindu mythology. The tiger-man shape is one they are known for, of course, but it was largely popularized by D&D.
As an aside, pretty picture.

Little thing.. depending on which Rakshasa you're modeled after, the hands are usually inverted (right hand on left arm, left hand on right arm).
Truth be told, I've seen very few renditions that are closest to the concept... I like your take on it

This is a great pic, but it isn't a rakshasa. Rakshasa have their hands backwards, so the palms are on the back of their hands.

I just like this because most people are completely oblivious to what a Rakshasa is. Plus its just great.

About the time taken I don't remember , maybe around 6 hrs.
