i don't remember what it was, so you'd have to google for it, but there was a program that would take a corrupted psd file and take the layers from it and turn it into a new file

i used to suffer with corrupted psds all the time in highschool because our photoshops were rly?? wonky and broken? so it helped out a lot

omg if you can remember the name that'd be great I TRIED GOOGLING RESULTS ALL LAST NIGHT FOR SOMETHING TO FIX CORRUPTED FILES and there was nothing sob (if there was, it was usually programs you had to pay for and a lot of people on Adobe's forums were warning against using those because they were more than likely scams)

hmmm i'll try to look around for it, i think it was something you had to pay for but it was a trial version and did the job well enough?

it was back in.. gosh.. 2008-2010 so i don't think i can remember it specifically enough hhh but i would say try any of the free stuff cuz what i used was free or a trial thing so u3u there's no real risk as long as you make sure there's no virus
