I would use them, but making things takes time! We aren't expected to make stuff on the first day of getting the model!! Your models are pretty and we'd all like to use them, and it just seems rather rude to deny people of what they want, when mmd is a community where everyone shares. Sorry for ranting.

I know how you feel...
But sometimes people just don't have inspiration (one time I tried to make a picture with over 20 models, but my MMD crashed XDD) and other times they forget (I think I have some oooooold models from 2011 that I don't really remember, but inspiration doesn't want to be my friend)

And it is so very true. It really sucks when one puts so much hard work on a model and then people are always pestering for the download and when one finally gives it out, many download it, but nobody even bother's even using it once or twice! It really can ruin one's spirits and confidence at times. ;w;
I understand those that are like busy with things like jobs/school/family issues though.

My spring break just started so i was hoping to use models this break. I didn't want to try to fall behind school too much (i'm still working on my grades.... half of the classes i didn't choice anyway) so i thought i should wait for my break time to use models.

Exactly. I have a China model on my main account. Over 100 downloads, and only 5 stinkin pictures that I've had to hold a gun to people's heads to make.

I have that problem with every one of my models. I get an average one or two uses per every 200 or so downloads. Total bullshittery but making it by note is just as much bullshittery. All that did it decrease downloads CONSIDRABLY and still to get no uses. e.e

It is, sadly. A VERY large portion of it is under-16 kids that feel too entitled for their own good and just can't respect other's property. If they don't engage in illegal edits and redistributes, they harass and bully those who do. I've had to become so passive over everything, because it won't mean shit if I make crap about that Mamama edit or that ISAO ripoff or not. People make stupidly rigid rules for models they only used unedited parts for or spent little time on, and get impossibly pissy when one or two people don't follow them. If rules are set, people will ALWAYS break them.
I dunno, models aren't such a big deal for me anymore. I got over 11 gBs in my Userfile, so it's easy for me to look at models and determine if I can live without them. 98% of the time, I find that I easily can.
I don't think the community will ever change though. I can see myself leaving it within the next year just from frustration and anger..

I've considered dipping my toes into actual modeling. If some of these idiots did, they could probably make all the SeeUs they wanted without being so blatantly illegal. I think people don't even care about her getting edited anymore. It's literally an everyday sight.
