A classic, fully-restored Willys Jeep at the 30th Annual Atlanta Journal Constitution International Auto Show. Pic taken on March 17, 2012, when I was there. The general-purpose military vehicle that valiantly assisted the American GIs in World War II, it was a rugged, reliable, and surprisingly fast 4WD vehicle, with 600,000 made before the war's end. And this one you could sit in. No glovebox, but there was a gun rack for a single M1 Carbine on the dash.
