Would this work on adobe photoshop elements 9? If I click on Image, there is no adjustments option :/

this is really nice, just a quick question about the last step, is there a way to re-word that? lol

im still slightly fuzzy on some photoshop, even tho i've been using is in school for 3 years haha

once done the blur's layer mask you just above the layer with the image clean. the mask must be a gradient leaving only the blurred part of the image is not of our interest. Sorry for English ... promise

Very pretty! Love how you brought out the eyes, it really makes them more captivating ...though I think in the origional the whole picture has such a nice, natural color pallet... it's a shame to loose such an earthy look for ... photo-shoped beauty....

At first glance I liked the second one better. Looking again I like the first one.... oh dear....

Which must mean that both of the pictures are lovely in their own way :3

One question though - when you do this what program are you using?

I think I like the original better because that sort of editing is way over done. Hollywood's way of taking over exposed film and using it to "hide" mistakes. Maybe if the white wasn't so blown out. Lose a little too much depth with the white levels up that high.
