- let me love you -when i close my eyes,
and sunshine warmly lights my face
as if a tender draught seductively touches my skin,
my thoughts start wandering
and i feel so absolutely free.
soft wind strokes my hair
and tickles my mouth,
as if i could feel your lips on mine...
and when i think it was you,
and not the wind, who's kissing my pale skin,
i feel you, so unique and wonderful.
but then, i open my eyes
and you are gone.
please...
let me love you

i've spent my afternoon on this picture, painting in photoshop, using my mouse (i really need a wacom tablet...) and a photo as reference. comments are welcome !

almost a stark/cold feel from this at first...but then you get a deeper feeling from it...and the red of her lips really contrasts nicely with the blue of the rest of the picture. it's excellently done, and i can't even imagine what you'd be able to do if you had a wacom.... this is excellent...

gah ! ive looked at this long enough.. ive come and stared at this a few times but havent commented yet.. cos well i like to do things in an orderly fashion .. but skrew that ! lol..
this is just absolutely gorgeous.. the painting skills are amazing.. and the feeling .. yet seeming so cool and blue.. still feels sooo warm.. so comforting.. it makes me miss that someone special .. even moreso.. this really means alot to me.. this peice here.. i love the painting job on the girls face.. her arm.. the way the light shines on her hand.. looks as tho its coming from .. a television or something .. and i love even moreso how the guy, looks as tho hes not really paying attention to whats going on on the tv.. but the lovely girl he has in his arms.. its just gah.. so sweet & so romantic.. i *love* it

I love how they almost don't look real. She looks like a china doll...So fragile, so wanting. It is interesting on how he seems to be hiding in the shadows. The emotion is beautiful, the colors sublime, and the imagery is incendiary!

i know your agony i also use a mouse to airbrush eck.
the one thing i reallly like about this is how you have made some parts in focus and other out of focus.. as if it were a real photograph.
the shapes and lighting are also very good =c)
im not really sure if theyre lying in bed together or on the couch watching tv.
i guess its where ever your imagination leads you.
