Yaas, I’m back from my little art block, just in time to wrap up this year’s deviations. Straight to the point:
At first, I was determined to make the scenery more spring-like, but my brain guided us to this autumnal sunset somewhere in the Rift of Skyrim. Honestly, I like it where my subconsciousness takes me while drawing sometimes. Thanks buddy. Let’s maintain our cooperation in the next year, too. With that said, I consider this piece my final artwork for 2016 *highfive*
I was going to name it after Hearthfire, which is the ninth month of in the Elder Scrolls universe. Then I recalled that I’ve done that before, so I chose Last Seed instead, which is comparable to our August. I think I’m going to build a little project that is fixated on every month in Skyrim. I think I’ll be able to do that, though I’m not very good at sticking to plans : D But I like the idea, so maybe...
And yes, I draw trees like a six-year-old little kid. I mean, look at those. They look like wretched props! : D Did not have fun with those. Also, I had to color Meeko’s fur with copics, because the paper grew ragged and started to act all weird (too much water, maybe) but lucky for me, I realized to swap my technique before it was too late. Could have been worse.
