The second lightsaber I made, this one was fairly easy to pull off. Combining a $5 Rayovac retro flashlight with half of a sink tube, a PVC connector, and a tape-dispenser roll, I was able to make a pretty decent looking hilt. Add some silver paint for the top and boom! Instant lightsaber! All total, I think this one cost me $5 for the flashlight at Walmart, and 65 cents for the PVC connector.Related content
