I'm so sorry, but I had to make some changes to the clothes, since I'm really bad at drawing skin ; 7;!!! But I hope you still like it bbu!!
Sky background as always ahah//SHOT I honestly can't think of anything else . _. I think I improved a little bit on the coloring since the last time I did something like this ; v; I'll add a critique me so I can see where I can improve on more!!! I know that originality might be a little low, since I observed a lot of other people coloring techniques T v T

The character really stands out from the background without being too distracting and neglecting the bg altogether. A small nitpick would be the light source, at some places it appears to be directly behind her, yet where her legs face the viewer we see there appears to be some form of light in front as well, but the lighting only is shown upon her legs and stockings but not the rest of her front, a few lighter patches near the center of her outfit or face would help convey that there's light coming from in front or behind. Or you could dull the lighting on her legs so it appears less bright and the lighting comes from behind her as a whole.
The shoulders and arms seem to be a bit too dainty in comparison to her legs, even at an angled perspective she could still use a bit more meat on her upper arms, the right(her left) arm appears thin and frail near where the arm meets the shoulder.
Overall this piece is really well done, but could use a few touch ups here and there.

I should've probably made the lighting on the legs a bit more duller. I'll keep an eye on that.

No problem, it's always good for growing artists to have other people give their perspectives so they can improve.
Shading is hard, it takes a lot of trial and error to get it down. I believe in you.

one thing id suggest too is to not be afraid to use dark colors for shading so that it really makes the character stand out from the background more!
if the character is being backlit, the front of the character would have a lot more dark colors. i know its easier said than done- heck i have a hard time with it too lmaoo i think your coloring would look even more amazing if you tried that though <333

The only advice/crit I can give is that maybe you could make the skirt/clothing folds a bit more natural^^
