..I really need to think up better titles
I decided to experiment with watercolours, because I'd really like to learn to paint and they're not too bad a way to practise. I sat down and scribbled out this pic... I know there's heaps of proportional problems and stuff, but I was kinda expecting to screw it up so I didn't spend a lot of time going through and correcting it.
^^ Well... guess it didn't go as badly as I thought it would. I actually had a lot of fun; I don't imagine I'll do a lot of watercolour pieces from now, however you look at it, colouring on Photoshop looks a lot cleaner. But I think it was good practise anyway.

i will be honest, do not take this as an insult because i do like this deviation alot. but look at your porportions a bit, the head is out of porportion with the rest of his body, just slightly tho

his legs are to small for his body, makes the picture looks very strange. You also need to work more on the hands

Like I said... "I know there's lots of proportional problems". I do like getting critisism, but the lineart was just a quick sketch; it wasn't about being proportionally correct, it was about learning to use watercolours.

I can get watercolours to look all washy and crappy
