^________^VLately I`ve been working on drawing in a more realistic style; since I`ve basically drawn very little apart from anime style for the last few years, it hasn`t been easy x_x. So I`ve been practising in the FFX style as it`s somewhat borderline. Tidus has been my guineapig! *evil grin*
This is the first time I`ve actually managed to get a FFX fanart in this style to look presentable, so I`m really happy with this pic. ^_^
The idea probably came from the unhealthy amount of volleyball I`ve had to sit through at my host family`s place. It kinda reminded me of blitzball ;P This picture is supposed to represent the moment you see an opening or realise you`re going to score, hence "The Moment". ^_^>

His eyes are too shallow/sunken and I think his lips need to be a bit wider

I do adore good Final Fantasy art... and, hence, this one's going into my favorites.
Beautifully done. The pose is perfect considering the sport he was playing. The muted colors affected by the water was also well executed. The way you brought out the effect of the blitzball coming up from the water is just fantastic.
If I had more thumbs, they'd all be up.

Oh, the Jecht shot... the first time I played through FFX, when I realized you couldn't play Blitzball after that first point I restarted from my last save and played it for 40 hours, haha. Just Blitzball...lol.

Meeheehee, I'm in love.... I love Blitzball! You've captured Tidus' moment perfectly! I love Tidus as a Blitz player...he's my best forward, adn he's also the main reason I've played over 100 games and not lost once! whooha! *shifty eyes* I love ur style!
Oh, and I feel for ya, definately. I hate Vollyball and yet I am forced to play it in gym class every damn year. >_<
