Here's your request, SweetKittyArtist1234! I hope I did justice to your OC, Nina, and to Jin! xD You said Nina should be hiding behind a tree so I thought, "hey, why not a cherry tree? Those are fun to draw!" So... that's the story behind the pink blossoms.I made Nina's outfit a little more feminine and less warrior-like than your original drawing, only because I thought it should be a pretty spring day and she was dressed casually and didn't look like she was about to obliterate her enemies. xD She IS looking at her crush, Jin, after all, so she should be in a good mood. As for Jin in Dust: AET, I wasn't too impressed with his outfit. It looked a little too colorless for such a happy, cheerful person so I added a couple colors and designs in there. Nina's original design was so cool and I loved working with her color scheme! And playing around with Jin's colors and style was also pretty fun. I've always wanted to get better at drawing convincing trees so I'm especially pleased that the cherry tree turned out all right.
