Description
Kim Lee Shin started out as a Guys in White agent but was kicked out for an extreme Obsession with ghosts and with Danny Phantom in particular (Even bleaching her hair to match his). After a violent confrontation that left another Agent murdered she has been on the run from them ever since, Performing mercenary/Ghost hunting for hire work to get by. During her time in the GIW she discovered that Vlad Masters was half-ghost but covered it up and kept all evidence for herself. One day 6 years later, Vlad hired her to track down the ghost boy, who was really his escaped clone. She accepted the job on the condition Vlad give her ghost powers too, surprising him with that knowledge.

Unfortunately, the process didn't have the desired results for her. The Ecto-energy caused a mutation in her after she Flat-lined and came back to life. Glowing green spikes starting to grow out of her body and her veins start glowing with ectoplasm. Kim's very touch is now caustic to ghosts and half-ghosts and has a need to feed on ecto-energy. Her already questionable mental health taking a nosedive and her obsession for Phantom (Now his clone Specter) growing stronger. She even stopped using her own name. "Kim Lee is dead! I am Flatline now!"
