These are just some sketches I did of a Chinese Dragon type zoid for an art trade I'm doing with Liger-Inuzuka. All of them are done with a fine point sharpie and a random red pen I found on my desk.The head on the bottom left is a more old school style zoid with the clear canopy.

I'm liking the head design with the cockpit, both the clear old school head design and the full cover head are looking sweet.
The body has a great amount of detail to it for a quick sketch and thats great news if your planning to make a zoid out of this.
One question though... Are you planning to put massive weapons on the thing or just a booster system and leave the teeth sharp and pointy?
Sharp pointy claws and teeth would be very bad for the enemy... a giant zoids chew toy ^_^ lol

i was thinking something like this:
once i sketch out my part, i add it in with yours on photoshop then i send it to you, right? after that we can agree on a light source and start lineing and coloring our dragons. one we are both done, you can entrust me to put your part togethr with mine then i'll send it to you and we'll both post it in our galleries
did i make it clear enough?
i am soooo psyced about this. i know only one freind of mine who draws nearly as good as i, but she wont draw anything with me

love the head and limbs, i was kinda sad that they never really had a true dragon like zoid in the show.

that is awesome, Zoids always needed a better dragon zoid, all they ever really did was Redler and Gungyrados never appeared in the show. nice, I cant wait to see that as a finished piece.
