is there such a thing as an "uncompressed" jpg? there are levels of compression you can add to a jpg but im pretty sure it is always compressed. the best quality ones though you can even tell.

Another thing you might want to do is list the kind of commissions you are willing to take/accept (eg. ecchi, hentai, yuri, etc.).
Also, what kind of colored commissions? Is it cel shaded, air brushed? Some artists also add a fee for a specific coloring method.

i've had a lot of commissions done, and virtually never are they "pay on completion" they're always pay in advance, or they do a sketch and then i pay the ammount before they finish (sometimes with a deposit before they begin sketching)

Yeah I'm in, and personally, my policy is payment in advance, that way people don't play games with you. I know I have had people try to scrw me that way and the in advance policy has cut down on that to almost nothing. ^_^

It sounds great but I sadly learn that you need to get money upfront. I have physical commission that never got paid. You can ask money upfront but only 5 commissions at the time, the you are done open 5 slots, get money etc. Really man you should.
