Love it. IMO, Rosie the Riveter is widely misused for feminism. As far as I know, it was made to to motivate galls to do factory work to keep the home front (USA) functioning, while the men were off fighting in WWII. Not so much to stand up for their rights. But encourage.
This actually goes that one step further and ignores sex differences all together.
