This is an example of a female desert elf [Qiril'Tari] Sandworm Rider from my fantasy world Farath.

Qiril’Tari: The Qiril’Tari are the desert dwelling elves of Farath. Consisting mainly of only one small city, they are rarely seen outside of the Hateya Desert. Golden skinned with black hair and usually golden or silver eyes, they are a warrior race who rarely count magic users among them. Those born with the gift of magic are, in fact, somewhat outcast and viewed as “special” [not being a good thing]. All Qiril’Tari however, posses the power to control the sands of the desert much like the Quantar and indeed the two races often inter mix and marry. They usually follow the ways of Aeoh or Ulvik, though some also will follow those of Eldai.
