I managed to color also this old scrap [link]
! Unluckily, even if this pic seems to be turned out very well, it didn't: in the original pic, I made a mess with background!!! So I cancelled it digitally and I'm trying to change it as I can...any suggestion to hide an orrible half green half pink half yellow background -____- ?Luckily, Both Tachi and Fulton are save! ^^

perhaps you can sketch something on the background.. something that brings them out but doesnt take the focus away from them, but only away from the colour of the background?

That's a good idea to clear off the background if it is messed up, even though I will never know how the background should look like '~' . Anyway, this picture turns out to be really nice, and people would pay more attention to the couple. If I draw something and I mess up the background, most likely I will use digital media to erase it too. @-@

The cast of light on the forms is wonderful and I don't see any trace of the background you mentioned.
My suggestion, for what it's worth, it to do something quite simple so as not to overpower the figures, just a few brushstrokes with a light shaddow to ground them. If you'd like, I'd be more than happy to play with the background in Painter for you and see if I can get something you like?

Well actually, Fulton didn't took that serious attitude from his mother, she was very bright, happy and nice, she loved nature; Fulton's little brother got her character mostly.

Non è male, solo mi sembra che le caviglie di Tachi siano un po' troppo sottili. E la fronte è forse un po' troppo ampia. Poi c'è sempre la questione dei capelli... ora che so il motivo, non sto a lagnarmi troppo...

(Cmq hai ragione, ha le caviglie più sottili dei polsi a momenti! E' che facendola ero fissata col fatto che la faccio troppo grossa e alta per essere figlia di Brooklyn, che nn è nè tanto alto nè troppo massiccio
