Okay, so this is my idea for NeutralClan's leader in the group

Naming:
Frostkit --> Frostpaw --> Frostspirit --> Froststar

Age/Clan/Rank:
28/NeutralClan/Leader

Ability:
Wonder Skin; the chance of a status move used against the user working to be halved. It does not affect moves that inflict status as a secondary effect like Thunder's chance to paralyze.

Back-Story:
Her parents were loyal NeutralClan members until both of them passed on. Cinderwish (the Delcatty) was her mother and her father was Ebonyshade (the Umbreon). She became a great apprentice, warrior, deputy, and finally an amazing leader. She was around when the other leaders attained they're rank.

Personality:
Even if she's the oldest of all the leaders, she respects all of the others. She's watched them all grow and mature, so she looks up to them, picking Neoncross as her deputy was something she knew had to be done because he is so strong and very helpful. Froststar gets attached to the kits in the nursery and finds it hard when she deems them Apprentices, however; she has yet to find any other Clanmate whom she is willing to mate with. Very playful and fun-loving, tends to look at her clan as a whole and hates when someone hurts any other's feelings.
