I think Noldor let their horses return to Valinor when understood that Helcaraxe is impassable for them.So that's Anaire welcoming her familys horses back home.

True they don't look like pure arabians but they look like they could have some similar blood. Obviously it's the other way around : Elven steeds are the forefathers of most of the best races of horses worldwide.
