Let me explain for you. "Commission" here on DA means people want to get a picture drawn for them and they pay for it. People asked me to draw different potion bottles for them, I created these designs, coloured them and send png files to the commissioners.
Of course, you are free to inform any authorities you want. I didn't commit any crime.
