I've fallen in love with his eyes when I was drawing him. (this is why they are their 'original' colour)
And yup, he's Jared Leto!This was a commission for a friend, and I'm happy with the outcome!!
A4 paper, 4B, 8B, HB, white, blue coloured percils used (+eraser and a tissue for blending)

This is an amazing work! it really looks like him, also coloring the eyes was a great idea and the shading in his face looks really good ^^
However, I think it lacks some contrast, especially in his hair and suit. If you'd put more highlights there it would be even better.
But overall it's really well done, If I were you, I'd be very happy with the outcome too!
