A city Kalosian who once had an accident in the midst of her life, which affected one of her bows to produce a seemingly endless amount of dream mist. After a long period of sleep, Rithyl could only remember her name, hobbies that she's a local around Lumiose. Despite knowing that, she resides somethere within the Winding Woods where she may rest peacefully.

The bow on Rithyl's back is fueled with the accidental dream mist. On every occasion, it lulls her directly to sleep without much of a say in it. Rithyl does have some control over the bow, as it can be used to make other pkmn fall asleep and make quick escapes. Whenever the Sylveon, herself, falls asleep, she goes adventuring within her dreams.

Rithyl's life has mostly been set in dreams rather than reality. As a result, she occasionally sleepwalks and loses her grasp upon life's logic. As she sleeps, Rithyl journeys to the dreams of others who are napping to ensure that they rest well. Imagination and knowledge explode as she ventures on - and by knowledge...Rithyl should be more careful when visiting random dreams. Poor thing...

Rithyl has no direct relationship to Riu nor his family. In fact, Ninvui isn't really her last name. For the heck of it, they consider themselves as cousins and uses said last name as a sense of being family.
