Trying to keep up with promise of adding more screenshots to my DeviantArt Page, here is the third dish that Homer had on his "binge-eating tour" in New Orleans.

Now I've tried to look up information on this particular dish but the best information that I found is that it's most likely another Moroccan-styled cuisine and is well-known for its spiciness. Lamb sausage combines lamb meat with herbs and spices, such as rosemary, thyme, garlic and allspice to bring out the natural juicy flavors. Lamb sausage is a good source of protein and other nutrients, such as iron and zinc. It's also low in fat, making it a healthy choice for those who are trying to maintain a healthy weight which any Simpsons fan knows, Homer never tries to do. In this screenshot, Homer and Lisa are at a restaurant in New Orleans called, Emeril's. Nestled in a renovated warehouse in the Warehouse District, Chef Emeril Lagasse's flagship restaurant continues to break culinary boundaries with its unique blend of "new New Orleans" cuisine.
