Creator: Hundinguer (Project gone wrong), Rocky and Ryder (Fixed, improved and updated)

Wheels (Ability to go faster on dry land arriving at the same speed as a racing car)

Speed Meter (Measure how fast pups in the middle of a workout are going)

Retinal scanner (Verification of health status of living beings) Ship compartment (Located in the chest to insert programming ships)

Transformation: Bundle up and become a sort of metal box of its own for when it's not active.

Personality: Petch is an agitated, careful, curious, and protective robot dog.

Creation: Petch was Mayor Hundinguer's project, however it went very wrong in the field tests, due to many failures... Hundinguer threw his failed project away, so that it was rusty and more broken than it was before... However, while Rocky was cleaning the beach with his daughter and partner Star.. Both saw the disconnected metal body of the little robot that was left by the creator, seeing the robot in that situation.. The two took the robot to LookOut where it would be repaired and renewed, when Rocky and Ryder finished fixing the robot dog. Twix, Frost and Lino painted the robot with a coloring and then named it Petch. As soon as they turned on the new little robot.. Petch saw everything around him, seeing that he was no longer in the Hundinguer's hiding place, and with time...but the only thing he couldn't develop was talking.. But it was still possible to understand what he was saying when he gave his electronic barks, he got along very well in his new home, and he really enjoyed helping his robot brother Achilles in the training of novice puppies.
