Description This is a generic suppressor/silencer that can be mounted on both guns/pistols, SMGs and rifles (any "realism" issue is of your business).
The suppressor has a main bone on the barrel attach and a service bone on its end, usable to attach a muzzle-flash or smoke effect, if you need to.
The PMX version has some useful morph sliders to adapt it to almost any weapons size you could need. It can be shrinked, enlarged, made longer or shorter (and a combination of all) using the pre-made morphs. A few additional sliders control shinyness, sphere appareance and brightness. Finally you can move back/forward the muzzle attachment bone without need of manually setting its value in MMD. Of course the .x version doesn't have any morph/slider and you have to use it "as is".
You can adapt it to your weapon both in MMD (in case of an occasional use) and in PMX Editor (if you want to permanentrly add it to a weapon you already have)
If you use a standard accessory (.x file format) weapon, you'll need to put them together in PMX editor first.

RULES
The original model was found on GameBanana and ported to MMD format by AbyssLeo
Being it, very likely, a game asset you can do basically whatever you want until you use it for strictly non commercial and fanfiction purposes only, and strictly following the prescriptions of the Fair Use doctrine. If you redistribute any edited version, do it carefully and under the Fair Use terms.
Do not credit me, as I don't own the model or its textures, but mentioning this download page is appreciated.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Adding the suppressor in MMD
This is the easiest and, likely, the best way. The pro is that you don't need to worry about how the morphs are managed in case of a permanent mount upon another model. The con is that you'll probably have to adjust it to the size of your weapon of choice.
1) Load your PMX/PMD weapon model into MMD
2) Load the suppressor in MMD
3) Use the OP button to connect the MAIN sppressor bone to the muzzle flash attachment bone of the weapon, or to the main bone of the weapon if it doesn't have a specific bone for muzzle flash / suppressor attachments.
4) (OPTIONAL) Move/rotate the main bone to adjust its position if needed (and register)
5) (OPTIONAL) Apply any needed morph/slider to adjust its size and look (and register)
6) Now load your character and put the weapon in their hand using the OP button again: this time you have to connect the WEAPON to the character's hand, as the suppressor is now parented to the weapon.

Adding the suppressor in PMX Editor
Do this only if you want to mount it permanently on a weapon model you already have. You're strongly encouraged in saving a backup copy of your model before starting. I'm not responsible if you mess the original model.
First of all:
DON'T MANUALLY MOVE THE SUPPRESSOR IN THE MAIN VIEW OF PMX EDITOR OR YOU'LL MESS ALL THE MORPHS/SLIDERS
DON'T MANUALLY MOVE THE SUPPRESSOR IN THE MAIN VIEW OF PMX EDITOR OR YOU'LL MESS ALL THE MORPHS/SLIDERS
DON'T MANUALLY MOVE THE SUPPRESSOR IN THE MAIN VIEW OF PMX EDITOR OR YOU'LL MESS ALL THE MORPHS/SLIDERS

DON'T.... ok, I hope you've got it: All the morph sliders affecting the size and the shape of the suppressor are relative to its actual position, size and orientation. If you just move and rotate it around to fit it to your model, the shape/size sliders won't work anymore once you'll load it in MMD, or they'll work weirdly and with ugly and unpredictable outputs.
INSTEAD, YOU MUST USE THE "T" POSING WINDOW TO MOVE/ROTATE/ADJUST THE SUPRESSOR TO YOUR WEAPON, THEN YOU FINALLY SAVE A NEW COPY OF THE MODEL WITH THE SUPPRESSOR PROPERLY "POSED"

1) Load your weapon in PMX Editor (or import it, if it's a .x accessory, giving it at least a main weighted bone)
2) Make sure your weapon has at least a bone to which the suppressor will be parented
3) IMPORT the suppressor, by ADDING it. Import at 1x size ratio, unless you surely know what you're doing
4) Fist of all connect/parent the Suppressor's main bone to the weapon's attachment or main bone
5) Open the "T" posing window
6) Within the "T" window, use the suppressor main bone to move/rotate it to match your weapon
7) Within the "T" window, apply any needed resize/reshape slider to fit your weapon
8) Within the "T" window, go to file menu, and SAVE the current posed weapon+suppressor as a NEW file.
9) Done. The modified compound model can now be imported into MMD
For safest and easier editing it's better that your weapon is already oriented along the Z axis  and with its mouth/barrel pointed toward you).
