I try to not look in the mirror these days. It shocks me. I do not know the person in the mirror, sure as hell is not me. I feel like a 30 year old inside, except when my bones are being a pain in my rear, that is.

Years ago, on the occasion of my grandmother's 80th birthday, I asked her if she felt any different in her head than when she was 18 and she replied that she felt no different at all. She passed away at 96 years old and if she were still with us she would be 113 now. Amazing lady (There is an old photo of her in my gallery)
