Is Breezefrost a medicine cat because of your symbol of a crescent moon on the cheek? Also is it the leaders who have a spike with a small engraving of a circle at the top?

Medicine cats have a leaf/broken heart shape on their cheek, so no Breezefrost isn't a med. cat. The mark you see was just part of her design.
