The person who commissioned it didn't pay for a speedpaint. Video editing takes time and effort, both of which add to the price of any project.

I didn't know the speedpaints costed more, but I did know that they take a lot of time to do(especially waiting for things to render as well as for the video to load)

Oh, I know render times. Tried to do animation for a while, but having to wait eight hours for a twenty second animation to render was too much for me... I need a better computer.
