This picture makes me sad...because I look at it as a photograph of them laying on grass someplace, and then I read the title about a "fading memory"...and suddenly I see a picture of a grown-up Yugi, sitting at a desk, holding this picture in his hands and knowing that Yami is gone. It makes me very sad. ;-;
But it's still very pretty. ^-^ Man I have to check out your other pics!

Yep, it was meant to be interpreted as Yugi looking at the pic. Poor Yugi!! I wish Yami would have just rushed to Yugi and hugged and kissed him instead of walking into the Memory Door thingy at the end of the anime... T__T

Ooh, I actually like this one better. I love bright and dark colors and I don't really prefer pastels much. That's just a personal thing, though.

Yeah, I also prefer contrasts in colors, or it looks very single-toned and boring... but my coloring depends on my mood... I would like to try coloring realistic style one day. xD

Yep~ I realized that black lineart's better for fighting scenes though. ^.^ But for yaoi-hinty scenes, I think brown is better.

pencils and CAREFULLY wetted can create such an effect when mixed CAREFULLY with markers

It was meant to be bittersweet... XD but I'm bad at drawing emotions. T_T The picture frame was the easiest part to draw/color XD because it was rectangular.
