Description Another one of Evangel's subordinates from Last Raven. Since energy pack extension doesn't exist in AC4 universe, I decided to recolor the flare shoulder unit.

Quite good for fast ground battle.

Bullets are fine, as for V missiles, well... basically they are quite hard to dodge unless you have hi-PA or use the buildings and structures as your shield.
