simple action utilizing the ff:
soft focus posterize 1
1. duplicate image
2. image> adjustments> posterize> 7
3. change layer property to overlay
4. filter> gaussian blur> 12
5. hue/saturation dialogue box> saturation to -34 (or as desired)
