-Main Story-
The evil Youkai King was defeated 500 years ago by ninjas from various clans in Japan. But in 2023 the evil Yokai King once again rose in the Reiwa era and began to build his kingdom again. The youkai troops under his command wreak havoc and kill humans as a source of food and pleasure. For this reason, the ninja descendants who still exist in the Reiwa era have to give up their normal lives and once again have to fight against the Yokai King and his Youkai troops.
-Character Story-
Hyomaru Nagashi is the student council president at the same school as Yaiba Yousuke and a descendant of the Iga Clan ninja who lived in the Reiwa era. As Kamen Rider Hyomaru, he fights with Tobimaru in a team and helps Yousuke fight Youkai.
